What is a Patient Participation Group?
Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) are made up of volunteer patients and the Practice Manager.
The Group meet on a regular basis to discuss how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients.
The Meadows Surgery Patient Participation Group’s main objective is to gain patient feedback. Action plans can then be implemented to improve services and communication.
The Group also raises awareness of issues and services within the community.
Meetings are held every six weeks in the practice, please contact the practice for more information
